Our Returns Policy

We want you to look good and feel good every time you shop with Eagle. If you’re not completely satisfied with an Eagle item, we’ll gladly take it back in its original condition with the receipt and within 7 days from original invoice date.

Eagle will not accept return of non-stock items. All returned products must be received in their original, unopened packages, undamaged and packed appropriately for shipping. Items must be in salable condition and suitable for restocking. Returned products must be accompanied by original order invoice and packing slip.

Returned items are subject to a 10% reprocessing charge. Full credit will be given for any item returned due to a processing error by Eagle.

Final Sale
No exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale. No price adjustments given on final sale items.

  • Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,including the box and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Send us an image of the concerned product at customerservice@eaglescales.in

Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice

Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new

You may return the product in any of the below manner :-

  • You may courier the product to us at the below address.

  • We may be able to arrange for the product to be collected from your delivery address (collection charges apply) if your delivery pin code is covered for reverse pick-up.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it.

How long will it take to process my cancellation and refund request?
Once your request for cancellation and refund is received, it will take us a maximum of 4-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

If the refund mode is Credit Note/Gift Voucher, the same shall be made available to you within 2 days after cancellation.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Eagle.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

There are two modes of refund:

Credit Note / Gift Voucher – If you choose this option, the same shall be forwarded to you.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Payments made via Cheque, Cash and DD will be refunded through NEFT transfer within 10 – 15 business days of receiving your NEFT details.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Eagle will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference
